The Modern Heirloom Collection was inspired by Candice's desire to create an ethically conscious and practical--yet luxurious--line of jewellery.  She wanted to keep the quality craftsmanship of fine jewellery, and the value and wearability of solid 18K gold, while using high-grade cubic zirconia to keep price points low and to alleviate concerns people may have of wearing precious stones.  This could be an ethical standpoint or one of practicality, as Candice also worries about safety when travelling with and wearing fine jewellery.  If you are looking for standout heirloom-style pieces that don't require a serious investment, and are more valuable and durable than regular costume jewellery, then this collection is for you.
